Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully before signing your contract to accept these terms and conditions.


To secure the date, a £50 booking fee is required.  The booking fee is non-refundable, non-transferable and will be deducted from the client’s total wedding day balance.  The remaining balance will be due on or before the day of the event.  The booking fee reserves the date and covers the administrative time and costs of the booking.


All brushes, tools, and makeup products will be clean and kept sanitised between every makeup application.  Makeup products used will be hypoallergenic.  Any allergies/skin conditions should be reported by the client to the makeup artist, prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test for reaction. Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist (Lynsay Gerry) from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.


I agree to pay for the cost of travel to and from my venue.  The Travel cost must be paid along with the final balance due.


The final balance is due on or before the day of the event, before the makeup artist departs. The person responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person whose name appears on the booking contract.


Cancellations must be made at least thirty (30) days prior to the client’s reserved date or the client will be responsible for paying the full amount of services agreed upon in this contract.  Change of date/postponement will result in the client’s loss of the booking fee.  Date changes will require a new booking and booking fee payment to be made. 


Consultations (‘trials’) are available for brides as well as their bridal party members, including: bridesmaids, mothers of the bride and groom, grandmothers, extended family members, etc.
